Exclusive Stitched Insulated

	All "EL RESERO" boots are produced in our plant with the exclusive Goodyear welt construction process used only in the most expensive and best ones, this system allows to the air interchange within the footwear offering him a remarcable strength and a matchless durability.
	This procedure consists of sewing, using a thread 12 strands thick, a strip of leather (welt), the leather and the lining altogether with the insole, to which previously a crack is made in all its contour where the seam is fixed.
	Finalized this process a steel shrank is placed and it fills up with cork. Soon rubber midsole is placed, which becomes sewed all around. Finally the sole si sticked with a high power adhesive and we made a last sewing by hamd below the striae.
	When we produce boots with sole leather bottom, the same one its sewed to the insole thruogh a channel which is, by the end, covered with the same material. All our suppliers are companies recognized in the market by the quality of their materials that adjust to high requirements and specifications that our users deserve themselves.
	Between these is the prestigious company 3M which authorized to us, after an exhaustive technical inspection, to use its famous product "Thinsulate " like thermal insulator.
