Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing EL RESERO. We take pride in our artisan craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange for standard-sized products.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Products that have been worn beyond fitting or used in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Custom-Made Products

All custom-made or made-to-measure products are final sale.

Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • With a manufacturing defect

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Or different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once verified, EL RESERO will cover return shipping costs and will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Items must remain unused and in their original condition.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Shipping & Fees

  • Outbound Shipping:
    EL RESERO manages all outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery.

  • USA Free Shipping:
    Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 USD.

  • Standard & International Shipping:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

7. Product Warranty

All EL RESERO products include a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Product repairs

The warranty period is paused while the product is under repair.
If the repair does not meet quality standards, we will provide:

  • An identical replacement, or

  • A full refund

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items without proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, and additional shipping fees may apply.
