Returns and Exchanges Policy
From El Resero we seek to provide you with the best service with your purchase, for that you can ask our Customer Service team to exchange or return a product.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
A change is considered to be a request for replacement of the merchandise, which is not motivated by faults or defects in manufacturing, classification, packaging, or by lack of identity between what was purchased and what was received. The User will have a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days to exchange the purchased merchandise. This period will begin to run from the moment of delivery to the final recipient. The cost of returning and shipping the new merchandise to the recipient will be borne by the user. To make an exchange, the merchandise must be in perfect condition, it must not have been used. You must keep all your badges and tags in place, free of signs of breakage or destruction. In the same sense, the wrapping and packaging in which the goods were delivered must be kept in reasonable conditions. All our products can be exchanged for another size or model, adding or subtracting the difference in this case, as long as they have only been used for the testing of the same. We do not exchange the products used, without exception. Within our shopping channels, we provide a size chart with a method by which each consumer can be supported to make the decision of the size to choose.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All products that are custom-made by special order of the buyer cannot be exchanged, without exception.
CHANGE PROCESS
The User must contact elreserobotas@gmail.com via email or +54 9 11-4422-1048 via Whatsapp and indicate the product to be exchanged, the replacement product, and the reason for the change. A photograph of the goods to be exchanged must be attached to this communication in order to verify their condition. From El Resero we will verify that the change request complies with the conditions set out herein. In the event that the exchange is authorized, the User must send the product to our office and the cost of shipping the new merchandise to the recipient will be borne by the User, or must deliver it to the address indicated. Once we receive the product, its condition will be verified, in order to reject or accept the exchange. If the product is not in a condition for exchange, the User will be notified, so that the goods can be removed from the address indicated, or alternatively sent back.
RETURN
The User will have ten (10) days to return the product in case of regret. Only products in perfect condition will be returned, they must not have been used. You must keep all your badges and tags in place, free of signs of breakage or destruction. In the same sense, the wrapping and packaging in which the goods were delivered must be kept in reasonable conditions.
FAILURE RETURNS
A refund is considered to be the request for replacement of the merchandise due to faults or defects in manufacturing, classification, packaging, transportation, or due to lack of identity between what was purchased and what was received. The User will have a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the purchased merchandise. This period will begin to run from the moment of delivery to the final recipient. The cost of shipping the new merchandise to the recipient will be borne by El Resero. In order to make a return, the goods, regardless of any manufacturing defects they may present, must be in the condition in which they were delivered and must not have been used. You must keep all your badges and tags in place, free of signs of breakage or destruction. In the same sense, the wrapping and packaging in which the goods were delivered must be kept in reasonable conditions.
RETURN PROCESS
The User must communicate by email to elreserobotas@gmail.com via email or +54 9 11-4422-1048 via Whatsapp indicating the reason for the return. It should be noted that in order to make the return, the User must keep its original packaging in perfect condition. It will be verified that the return order complies with the conditions set forth herein. In the event that the return is authorised, the User will receive confirmation along with the instructions to do so. Once the goods have been received, their condition will be verified, in order to reject or accept the requested return. Once the return has been accepted, the customer will be informed that they have a credit for future purchases equivalent to the amount of the product purchased.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All of our products come with a factory warranty for six (6) months from the time of purchase. The warranty includes product repair costs and shipping costs. The warranty period does not expire while the product is under repair. If you are not satisfied with the product repair, we will deliver an identical product or refund your money.
CANCELLATIONS
The User may cancel an order, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. To do this, you must contact El Resero within 24 hours of making the purchase by sending an e-mail to elreserobotas@gmail.com via email or +54 9 11-4422-1048 via Whatsapp. If the purchase is completely cancelled, the amount in Pesos will be refunded using the payment method used to pay.
CASES NOT CONTEMPLATED
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for products that are:
-Used.
-Without its original packaging (boxes, plastics, etc.)
-Without the invoice for the purchase of the product issued by El Resero.
Clarification: The product that does not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be authorized for exchanges or returns, and will be automatically returned to the address of origin. Under these conditions, El Resero reserves the right to charge the freight again.
STOCK
If the product is in stock, the product will be dispatched as soon as possible. For products that are made to order, the delivery time can be up to 21 business days.
