Thank you for choosing EL RESERO. We take pride in our artisan craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return a standard-sized item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom-Made Products: Please note that custom-made boots (made to measure) are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. These items are crafted specifically to your unique measurements and requirements, making them final sales.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3. Shipping & Fees
Our Responsibility: We handle the logistics of all shipments to ensure your product arrives safely.
USA Free Shipping: For orders delivered within the United States, shipping is FREE on all purchases over $200 USD.
Standard Shipping: For orders under $200 USD in the USA or for international shipments, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
4. International Orders (Outside the USA)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
